Mono Lift

Lexen Iron Workz Mono Lift pays homage to the early days of powerlifting with one of the original design Mono Lift. Its smaller foot print and ease of use makes it a great addition to the gym. Unlike walking squats out, the Mono Lift is a much safer way to squat with big weights. Standing up with the weight and having the arms swing away from the bar allows the lifter to be more stable and have more confidence while squatting. Additional safety straps can be added to ensure the safety of the lifter and spotters. This product has a 6-9 week lead time.
